Terrorism Control Agency
The Terrorism Control Agency, commonly abbreviated as the TCA, was a powerful military and political organization that operated throughout the early era of the Omicron Galaxy. Publicly presented as a peacekeeping and anti-terror force, the TCA gradually evolved into an authoritarian regime responsible for planetary occupation, military suppression, and large-scale political control across numerous systems.
Under the leadership of George Wilson, later known as the “TCA Monster,” the organization expanded aggressively through fear, propaganda, and overwhelming military force. Entire colonies and settlements were brought under TCA control through occupation campaigns, raids, and enforced compliance operations.
Although the TCA claimed to preserve stability and security, many viewed the organization as corrupt and tyrannical. Civilian protests, disappearances, forced militarization, and violent suppression became increasingly common during the faction’s rise to power.
The growing brutality of the TCA eventually led to the formation of the Free Order Rebellion, a resistance movement created to oppose the agency’s expanding control. The conflict between the TCA and FOR escalated into a devastating galactic war that culminated during the events of Virex Prime.
Following the collapse of the TCA/FOR conflict, surviving elements from both factions later contributed to the formation of the Hell Hosts.
